![]() ![]() ![]() In the Align and Distribute panel have the dropdown as Relative to 'last selected'. If you click the text first, then the box second. I would recommend using Object>Align and Distribute to align that text rather than flowing it. Text>Unflow will remove the text from the frame It seems that the text has been placed inside those frames as 'Text-in-a-shape' if you look at the status bar at the bottom of the Inkscape window, it will tell you the type of object you are dealing with. You can ungroup if needed using Objects>Ungroup. This applies even if there is only one letter. If you do convert text to path, the result is a group which contains the letters as paths. Once you have converted text to path, you can no longer edit text as text, so don't save over the original. I don't know if this is the case with CutStudio. Many programs such as design space ( Cricut ) etc, do not like svg text at all, and Path>Object to Path has to be used to convert text into svg paths. So anyone who tries to use the file ( or any web based service ) and does not have the font "Coastal Clean" installed will have problems and a different font will appear. Fonts are generally not embedded into svg files. ![]() A couple of general things not which do not necessarily cause the problem you are having.ฤก. ![]()
